**We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day from receiving your order where products are in stock. In most cases, for in stock items, we will dispatch all orders placed before 3pm the very same day. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays
Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for delivery companies/couriers that do not deliver on time (due to address queries/customs delays/location errors etc).
Delivery Times
- Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays)
- In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 5 working days providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page
- Express deliveries will be delivered within 2 working days on orders received by 3pm the previous day, orders placed after 3pm will be handled the next working day. Deliveries to non-mainland UK or remote locations may take longer. Please ask for further details
- Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact information for you to re-arrange a suitable time for redelivery, alternatively the package can be collected from the local depot
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are processed and despatched the same day, all orders placed after that will be despatched the next working day. All orders placed during weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery services and surcharges
We try as hard as possible to keep delivery costs low however if your item is oversized (over 1.5m) and/or overweight (over 25kg), or you are located in a remote area you may incur an additional charge. The cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Receiving your order
Upon receiving the goods, please check the boxes for any signs of visible damage. If there are any signs of visible damage, please note this upon signing for the goods, and inform our customer services team.
